What is HFi Shop?
HFi Shop is the player-facing store for the HFi Gaming Network ARK: Survival Ascended community. It supports Shard packs, monthly supporter subscriptions, one-time donations, web-managed in-game redemptions, account status, and order history.
HFi is a player-run community. HFi Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Studio Wildcard or ARK.
Why do I need Discord login?
Discord login lets HFi Shop attach orders, checkout sessions, supporter subscriptions, donations, support requests, and account state to the correct community identity. The shop uses a server-side session cookie so you can stay signed in while using account-specific pages.
For any purchase or redemption that targets your ARK survivor, your Discord account must also be linked to your ARK identity through HFiCore and HFi Obelisk.
How do I link my Discord account to ARK?
Use HFi Obelisk in Discord to run /link. The bot gives you a code. Enter that code in ARK: Survival Ascended chat from the survivor or account you want verified. HFiCore consumes that trusted in-game proof and records the Discord-to-ARK link.
HFi Shop does not let players type their own EOS ID for fulfillment. The shop relies on the trusted HFiCore link so Shards, kits, supporter benefits, and deliveries target the right player.
Why does my Account page say I am not linked?
The most common reasons are that the Discord /link flow was not completed in game, the code expired, the wrong Discord account was used, the wrong survivor entered the code, or HFiCore has not seen the link yet. Try the link flow again, then return to Account.
What are Shards?
Shards are the HFi public name for the ArkShop points used in game. The spendable Shard balance shown by HFi Shop comes from ArkShop, not from a separate web-only wallet. The launch economy anchor is 100 Shards to about $1 of shop value, and regular active play earns about 10 Shards per hour.
How do I buy Shards?
Open Shards, sign in with Discord, make sure your ARK identity is linked, choose a server-owned pack, and continue to Stripe Checkout. The browser only submits the selected pack; pricing and Shard amounts come from HFi-controlled server records.
When do purchased Shards arrive?
Shard grants are fulfilled after Stripe confirms payment through verified server-side events. When fulfillment is enabled and the linked ArkShop wallet is available, the shop grants Shards into ArkShop so the balance can be used by HFi Shop and in-game ArkShop systems.
If checkout succeeded but your balance did not update, do not start another checkout just to force it. Save the order ID or Stripe receipt and contact staff.
How do supporter subscriptions work?
Supporter tiers are monthly Stripe subscriptions. The launch tiers are Ramshackle, Mastercraft, and Ascended. Each paid month grants a tier-specific Shard amount and keeps that tier's active in-game earn-rate boost eligible while the subscription remains active.
During launch, HFi Shop allows one active supporter tier per Discord account. Discord role sync is handled by HFi Obelisk later; the shop records the paid entitlement state the bot can read.
How do I cancel or manage a supporter subscription?
Open Account and use the billing portal action for active supporter subscriptions. The shop sends you to Stripe Billing Portal to manage payment methods and cancellation when Stripe is configured and a Stripe customer record exists.
Normal cancellation generally stops future renewals and leaves paid-period benefits active until Stripe ends the paid period. Refunds and immediate benefit revocation are handled separately by staff policy.
What are donations used for?
HFi donations are one-time Stripe payments toward visible community infrastructure or maintenance goals, such as server hardware, hosting, network, plugins, tools, and operations buffer. They are not charitable tax-deductible donations unless HFi expressly says otherwise in writing.
Some donation amounts may include thank-you Shards after verified payment and linked identity checks. Thank-you Shards are digital community benefits and may be adjusted for refunds, disputes, fraud, or operational issues.
How does the In-Game Shop work?
The In-Game Shop supports server-owned product types. Some products are web-managed kit grants, where the website deducts Shards, increments the configured ArkShop kit count, and tells you which /kit command to use in game. Other products are informational listings for commands you use inside ARK.
The shop never trusts a browser-submitted price, Shard amount, kit key, RCON command, EOS ID, or fulfillment state.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the product, payment state, delivery state, benefit use, fraud risk, legal requirements, and staff review. Digital goods and in-game benefits are generally final once delivered or used, except where HFi approves a refund or applicable law requires one. Read the full Refunds Policy before purchasing.
What happens if I dispute a payment or charge back?
Disputes and chargebacks may cause HFi to suspend account access, pause fulfillment, revoke benefits, remove supporter entitlements, claw back Shards up to the current available balance, preserve evidence, and restrict future purchases while the issue is investigated. Contact staff first whenever possible so the issue can be reviewed before a bank dispute escalates.
How do I contact HFi Shop support?
Use the official HFi Discord support channel announced by staff, or start from the Contact page. Include your Discord username, order ID or Stripe receipt, linked survivor/server, product involved, screenshots when useful, and a clear timeline of what happened.
Never send passwords, full card numbers, session cookies, one-time codes, private keys, or other secrets in a support request.
