End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs your access to and use of HFi Shop software, pages, account tools, checkout flows, Shards, supporter benefits, and related HFi-controlled digital systems.

1. Overview
HFi Shop is a player-facing web shop for the HFi Gaming Network ARK: Survival Ascended community. It supports Discord login, linked ARK identity checks, Shards, supporter subscriptions, donations, web-managed in-game redemptions, order records, billing-portal access, and staff-reviewed support workflows.
This EULA grants a limited right to use HFi-controlled shop software and services. It does not transfer ownership of HFi software, HFi content, Shards, supporter benefits, Discord roles, in-game items, account records, ARK assets, or any third-party intellectual property.
2. Limited license
Subject to this EULA, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refunds Policy, community rules, checkout disclosures, and applicable law, HFi grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access and use HFi Shop for ordinary personal participation in the HFi community.
This license is for use of the live shop service only. You may not copy, host, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, exploit, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from HFi Shop except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
3. Accounts, login, and identity linking
HFi Shop uses Discord login and trusted ARK identity records to connect purchases, Shards, supporter entitlements, donations, kit grants, and fulfillment actions to the right player. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account, game accounts, platform accounts, and devices secure.
- You may not use another person's account, payment method, Discord identity, ARK identity, survivor, tribe, or linked character without permission.
- You may not submit false identity information, manipulate link codes, bypass HFiCore identity proof, or ask staff to manually attach a purchase to an identity you do not control.
- You may not sell, transfer, broker, rent, share, or launder account access, Shards, supporter benefits, Discord-role eligibility, in-game redemptions, or HFi community access.
4. Shards, virtual items, and community benefits
Shards, supporter entitlements, donation thank-you benefits, web-managed kit grants, in-game product listings, Discord-role eligibility, earn-rate boosts, and related benefits are limited, revocable, digital community benefits. They are not legal tender, stored monetary value, bank balances, cash equivalents, property rights, investment products, or rights to future service.
HFi may grant, deduct, revoke, adjust, claw back, expire, suspend, or correct virtual benefits when reasonably needed to process refunds, reverse fraud, resolve duplicate fulfillment, correct mistakes, enforce rules, respond to chargebacks, protect the service, comply with law, or handle server wipes, cluster resets, product changes, plugin changes, or operational issues.
5. License restrictions and acceptable use
You agree not to misuse HFi Shop, HFi systems, payment systems, game-server integrations, or community tools. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, probing, or bypassing HFi Shop software, except where non-waivable law permits it.
- Automating checkout, scraping pages, credential stuffing, abusing sessions, exploiting rate limits, bypassing identity checks, or interfering with HFi infrastructure.
- Submitting fake payments, fraudulent disputes, unauthorized chargebacks, stolen payment methods, false support reports, altered receipts, or misleading refund claims.
- Reselling, real-money trading, laundering, brokering, or transferring Shards, in-game benefits, account access, Discord roles, or supporter entitlements outside approved HFi systems.
- Using HFi Shop to harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, spam, exploit, cheat, evade bans, attack servers, or harm HFi staff, players, Discord, Stripe, ARK services, or other third parties.
6. Third-party services and ARK relationship
HFi Shop depends on services HFi does not own, including Discord, Stripe, ARK: Survival Ascended, platform stores, server hosting, mods, plugins, Caddy, Docker, Tailscale, MariaDB, ArkShop, HFiCore, and HFi Obelisk. Your use of those services may be governed by their own licenses, terms, privacy policies, code of conduct rules, payment policies, and enforcement decisions.
HFi Gaming Network is an unofficial fan community. HFi Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Studio Wildcard, Snail Games, Grove Street Games, Discord, Stripe, Steam, Epic, Microsoft, Sony, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing by that party. ARK, ARK: Survival Ascended, game assets, names, and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Updates, availability, and operational changes
HFi may update, patch, replace, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or change HFi Shop, product listings, prices, Shard packs, supporter tiers, donation goals, account tools, delivery methods, game-server integrations, server labels, or community benefits at any time. Updates may be required for security, payment handling, legal compliance, ARK updates, plugin changes, server migrations, or community needs.
HFi Shop may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, outages, rate limits, database issues, game-server downtime, Stripe or Discord problems, RCON or delivery-worker issues, Caddy or DNS changes, network failures, security incidents, backups, cluster resets, or force majeure events.
8. HFi content, user content, and feedback
HFi owns or licenses the HFi Shop pages, code, layouts, product descriptions, screenshots, graphics, logos, records, and community materials, except for third-party materials. You may use HFi Shop content only for ordinary personal use of the service.
If you submit feedback, reports, support messages, screenshots, donor display names, public profile details, bug details, or other content to HFi, you grant HFi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, moderate, reproduce, display, process, and share that content as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure, support, investigate, enforce, and promote the HFi community, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Payments, refunds, and billing
Payments are processed through Stripe-controlled checkout or billing tools. HFi does not license you to bypass checkout, manipulate prices, replay webhooks, self-grant Shards, or alter fulfillment records. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, subscription cancellations, reversals, and benefit clawbacks are handled under the Refunds Policy, Terms of Service, checkout disclosures, and applicable law.
Supporter subscriptions are monthly digital benefits. Normal cancellation is managed through the Account page and Stripe Billing Portal when available. Refunded or disputed payments may lead to revocation or adjustment of Shards, supporter entitlements, Discord-role eligibility, ArkPermissions groups, kit grants, order status, account access, or community access.
10. Termination
HFi may suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke this license and your access to HFi Shop at any time if HFi believes you violated this EULA, the Terms of Service, community rules, payment rules, third-party terms, or applicable law, or if your use creates security, operational, legal, payment, fraud, moderation, or community risk.
After termination, you must stop using HFi Shop and any HFi-controlled software or services. HFi may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy where needed for audit, security, tax, payment, fraud, dispute, enforcement, or legal purposes.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HFi Shop, Shards, supporter benefits, digital goods, account tools, delivery systems, and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. HFi does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent availability, compatibility with every device or browser, preservation of game progress, or any particular value or outcome from digital benefits.
12. Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HFi and its staff, admins, volunteers, contractors, service providers, and community operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-value damages, including lost play time, lost progress, lost profits, missed events, lost Shards, reduced benefits, downtime, delayed fulfillment, account restrictions, wipes, rollbacks, or third-party service failures.
Where liability cannot be excluded, HFi's maximum liability for a claim connected to HFi Shop is limited to the amount you paid HFi through HFi Shop for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.
13. Law, disputes, and non-waivable rights
This EULA is intended to work together with the Terms of Service and applicable law. Nothing in this EULA limits non-waivable consumer, payment, privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights that apply to you. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of this EULA remains in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.
14. Changes to this EULA
HFi may update this EULA from time to time. The updated EULA will be posted on this page with a new effective or last-updated date. Continued use of HFi Shop after updates are posted means you accept the updated EULA, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
